We had a great time and a memorable experience at Dorotia’s Eco Tourist Resort Very clean resort, large rooms/ cottages. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent 💯% Great view of the impenetrable Bwindi forest. Dorotia’s Eco Resort offers an impeccable experience of luxury and connection with nature, lushness, serene and crisp air. It is indeed a Gem in the wild, an Eco luxury in the wilderness, a serene retreat for sure! This is a place my family and I will return.

I had the most incredible stay at Dorotia's Bwindi Eco Tourism Resort! The resort's stunning views of the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest are simply breathtaking. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent amenities. The staff are warm, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable. The food is delicious, with a great selection of local and international cuisine. The resort's location is perfect for gorilla trekking and exploring the surrounding area. The guides are knowledgeable and passionate about the forest and its inhabitants. I highly recommend Dorotia's Bwindi Eco Tourism Resort to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience in Uganda. Can't wait to return!

El personal fue siempre súper atento y cercano, y la comida del chef simplemente espectacular. El lodge acaba de cumplir un año y se nota: las habitaciones están impecables, limpias y como nuevas. Am venit doar pentru o cină si am ramas impresionată de tot: locație, curățenie, servire. Mâncarea, e adevărat că la un preț mai ridicat, dar a fost excepțională atât ca si gust cat si cantitate.

Thank you for the opportunity to visit Dorotias Bwindi Resort. We had a wonderful experience and will recommend that all our visitors visit you going forward. NOTES: I loved the green lights and was impressed that they are specifically geared at not disturbing the adjacent forest and wildlife. All walkways were a pleasure to navigate especially as it had been raining, and they were safe and well lit. I appreciated that there was a surge plug in the room, with the constant surges of power many gadgets have been lost or damaged. Service was friendly and aimed at making guests feel welcome. Annah is a great asset as she is well spoken and knowledgeable about the lodge and interacts professionally. The food was tasty and the portions hearty. I particularly enjoyed the fish in coconut cream. In terms of UTB specifications, the lodge ticks all the boxes - safes in all the rooms, nets, fire extinguishers, basins to wash hands, desks and good lighting. The rooms are decorated beautifully, and the beds and bedding are of a high quality. I can truly say that I could not find any negative points or anything to highlight that is not working or problematic, except for waste management and recycling which is an ongoing issue at every lodge.
